Cloudkicker - Beacons [Free Download]

So I just found this album from a band called "Cloudkicker" (not to be mistaken for the clothing line) which is actually a one man band. Ben Sharp plays all the instruments and programs all the drums and is from Columbus, Ohio. He plays heavy prog in the vein of later Mastodon with some Post Rock and a teensy bit of Mathcore thrown in for good measure. This guy is pretty much all over the place and it's actually a good thing, despite being instrumental and proggy his music doesn't sound too pretentious or overdone. He has a couple of EPs and a new album on his bandcamp for download (you can pay whatever or enter "zero" dollars for free downloads.) You can also purchase a physical CD of his new album "Beacons" for $10 which is shipping sometime next week.
